Cyclone Fani touchdown on Odisha coast in the morning with a wind speed of 175 kmph and heavy rainfall caused havoc in the State of Odisha. More than 10 lakh people evacuated from the low-lying areas as 15 districts in Odisha are expected to be hit by cyclone Fani.
